Period: 6th – 15th August 2025.

Accommodation: In hostels, B&Bs, private homes, or cottages.

Location: SouthEast of Norway (Horten, Nøtterøy & Bø )

Participants: 12 participants. 6 male and 6 female, two per country/district, and additional participants from a country or district if others decline to send a participant.

Note: Traditional Norwegian food. Please let us know if there are any food restrictions.

Age group: 18 – 20

Theme:  A perfect mix of nature, history, and fun-filled activities both inland and on water

Participation fee: EUR300 

Own costs: Pocket money, personal travel expenses to and from Oslo Airport (OSL), insurance, and visa fees if necessary.

Insurance: Participants must be insured against illness, accidents, and third-party liabilities according to Rotary International recommendations. Proof of insurance must be sent to the camp coordinator before arrival.

Application: Applications will be considered in order of being received. The application, using a regular short-term exchange form, must be sent by a certified district. The application must be endorsed and sign sponsoring Rotary Club signatures and the District Youth Exchange Officer.

Norway is famous for its Viking heritage and spectacular fjords. It is a world-class travel destination with unforgettable scenery, pleasant cities, and communities of friendly people. It also tops various lists of the best countries to live in.

Note: The camp invitation is attached. Camp rules and guidelines for safety must be followed. Participants must have reasonable physical fitness and be able to understand and speak English. Please make sure to pack clothes according to the programs and consider Norwegian weather.
