Dear Fellow Youth Exchange Officer,
We’re excited to share an opportunity for your exchange students to experience the beauty and culture of South Czechia through the South Bohemia Summer Camp 2025. This unique program is designed to provide an immersive and enriching experience that aligns with the core principles of the Rotary Youth Exchange.
Our camp offers a blend of outdoor adventure, cultural exploration, and community engagement, ensuring your students gain a deep understanding of Czech life and create lasting global friendships.
Here’s what the South Bohemia Summer Camp has in store:

Dates: July 27th – August 9th, 2025

Participants: A carefully selected group of 15-18 year olds, with one student from each participating country.

Program Highlights:

South Bohemian Immersion: Exploring historic towns, picturesque landscapes and the beautiful Šumava Mountains.

Active Adventure: Engaging in a range of sports like cycling, hiking, golf, and water sports.

Cultural Experience: A two-day trip to Prague and cultural activities throughout the camp.

Community Connection: Staying with local families, providing authentic insight into Czech life and customs.

Accommodation: Staying with host families and also in a youth hostel in Prague and in an apartment hotel in the mountains.

Requirements: Participants need to be good swimmers, capable of hiking 20 km and cycling 50 km daily.

Cost: Students cover their own travel, personal expenses and €200 for equipment rental.
